Refund Policy

Sting Volleyball Club (SVC) reserves the right to cancel any camp, open house, or club team due to a lack of enrollment. A full refund will be provided. Other refunds will be provided as described below:

Withdraw one week prior to the start of an open house, tryout, camp or clinic: A full refund will be provided (less ACH and/or credit/debit transaction fees).

Withdraw within one week of the start of an open house, tryout, camp or clinic: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded (less ACH and/or credit/debit transaction fees). 

Once the open house, tryout, camp or clinic has started: No refunds will be provided. 

If a participant must withdraw from an open house, tryout, camp or clinic due to personal injury: They may receive a pro-rated refund. Proof & confirmation of the injury will be required from a medical professional. This request must be made in writing and documents emailed to info@sstingvolleyball.com 

Club Volleyball Season: SVC does not offer any refunds for club volleyball athletes since the loss of an athlete cannot be easily replaced once all club athletes have committed to their teams. SVC defines the start of the season as the team’s first practice and not the team’s first tournament. More detailed info is provided in the Club Participation Agreement.

Sting Volleyball Club reserves the right to waive this Refund Policy at its sole discretion at any time. Such waiver shall generally be in response to extenuating or highly unusual circumstances, and in no event shall the club be obligated to waive this Refund Policy.
